B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University (2012); M.A. in Early Childhood Education from DePaul University (2018)
I am originally from the north suburbs of Chicago. After college, I spent four years working in Human Resources in New York City. I moved back to Chicago in 2016 and pursued my Master’s in Early Childhood Education. I have spent the last four years obtaining my Master’s degree and working in schools as an assistant and lead teacher. I’ve always enjoyed working with children, and especially enjoyed my coursework in Developmental Psychology during my undergraduate studies. I believe the early years of a child’s education are paramount in forming a positive relationship with school in order to create lifelong learners. My husband and I have a baby boy and we are excited to watch him grow and enjoy the process of learning as well!
I ran in both the Chicago and New York Marathons. I love yoga and taking my dog on long walks all over Chicago.
