Education

Bio

I originally discovered my love for tutoring children during an after school volunteer program where I helped a child understand a concept they were struggling with, and it was so rewarding to see! A scientist at heart, I love to understand and problem solve. I find it incredibly rewarding to discover a student’s problem with course material, and to work with them to fix it as well as empower them to feel more confident in continuing to learn new material.

Fun Fact

I love exploring the city because there is always something new to find. My favorite finds so far have been a Mourning Cloak butterfly (and caterpillar) and an American Woodcock bird.
